EQS-News: SOWITEC group GmbH: Holders of the bond 2018/2026 approve all of the company’s proposed resolutions by a large majority

• Deferral of the partial repayment of EUR 2,290,200 due on 8 November 2025 by six months until 8 May 2026;
• Waiver of the exercise of termination rights regarding the non-payment of the partial repayment due on 8 November 2025;
• Authorisations and the empowerment of the joint representative to exercise termination rights and temporary waivers.

Of the outstanding bonds with voting rights with a nominal value of EUR 5,343,800, bonds with a nominal value of EUR 2,590,000 were represented, corresponding to a presence of 48.47%, which was well above the required quorum of at least 25%.
