EQS-News: Reorganization of the Eckert & Ziegler Executive Board

Berlin, 5 December 2025. The Supervisory Board of Eckert & Ziegler SE (ISIN DE0005659700, TecDAX) has decided to reduce the size of the Executive Board from three to two members as of 1 January 2026. The contract of Frank Yeager, member of the Executive Board and responsible for the Isotope Products segment, will end as planned on 31 December 2025. Mr Yeager will continue to head the Isotope Products segment in a leading role.As of 1 January 2026, the company's Executive Board will therefore consist of Dr Harald Hasselmann (Chairman of the Executive Board) and Dr Gunnar Mann (Member of the Executive Board).About Eckert & Ziegler.
