Munich, March 7, 2025 – At today's bondholder meeting for the 2021/2024 bearer bond (ISIN DE000A3MQAF2; WKN: A3MQAF), TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG (Stock: ISIN: DE0007501009 / WKN: 750 100) has received approval for the adjustment of the bond conditions of 100% for the bearer bond 2021/24 (ISIN DE000A3MQAF2; WKN: A3M QAF) with a total nominal amount of EUR 10.5 million. The participation rate was 100% of the outstanding bond volume.The bondholders approved an extension of the 2021/2024 bearer bond, which originally matured on December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2027. The amended bond terms now provide for annual repayment in installments. The interest rate of 2.75% p.a. remains unchanged. The collateral already provided to the bondholders since the issue of the bearer bond has been extended.
