The Management Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale – ("NORD/LB") has decided today to call the Additional Tier 1 Bond DE000BRL00A4 of former Bremer Landesbank (the "AT1 Instrument"), redeem the AT1 Instrument with effect as of 29.06.2025 and to repay it at full par value .

The required prior permission by the competent supervisory authority has today been granted by the ECB.
