Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale – :Decision of NORD/LB to pay interest with regard to the Additional Tier 1 Notes DE000BRL00A4 of former Bremer Landesbank on 29.06.2025
Hannover, 24.03.2025 The Executive Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale – ("NORD/LB") decided today in relation to the Additional Tier 1 Notes of former Bremer Landesbank (the "AT1 instrument") to exercise its discretion in accordance with § 3 (8)(a) of the terms and conditions of these Notes to pay the full amount of interest on the next interest payment date (29.06.2025) for the reference period from 29.06.2024 (including) to 29.06.2025 (excluding). The basis for this decision is the availability of Distributable Items (as defined in § 3 (9)  of the terms and conditions of the Notes) in a sufficient amount. The Executive Board based its decision on the net profit of the Group's parent company, NORD/LB AöR according to the unconsolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) for the 2024 financial year.
