Cologne, 23 April 2026 - DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN: DE000A2AA204) (DF AG) as today received notification from the Cologne Local Court that Mr Martin Seeger, Düsseldorf, has been appointed as a member of the company’s Supervisory Board in accordance with Section 104 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).

The Supervisory Board will convene shortly for its inaugural meeting and is therefore once again quorate.
